prices on Orcad modules makes stuff like Eagle look like chump change.

How to have the Protel lib from ORCAD?

In OPEN window of Protel, at filetype bar, choose ORCAD files.

After that, SAVE AS in Protel format.

You got it.

This is the PROTEL LIB, converted from ORCAD LIB.

If it warns for errors, skip. It'll work because it's not perfect from converting.
