Push button flip flop relay circuit

I need help your help.
i have one access control i need when i trigger from access control i need permanent voltage in relay output not shutoff after seated time i check so many flip flop circuits but no one work on my system. the big problem is my system is extreme hot area so micro controller will be damage after some time i need to control through 5 pin relay.
