Okay, this time i'll write what little i can about this fire-alarm PSU-module i scavenged. As you can see from photos, there isn't much to tell, what i like in this thought, is sturdy mounting of components. First off, case is metal, (which is stiff even without interiors) made of aluminum and thin steel, which is covered by some kind of hammer-lacquer. Funny smell thought, probadly from electronics. Case did have small marks from electricity ''hum''. Caps were normal but big electrolytics, and other had drainer-resistors. Transformers and coils are normal, but old-looking, just like else in this PSU. In fact, i didn't plug it at all in the wall. Connectors are basic terminals. There are also couple of relays, i have no idea about their ratings, but they look like ones rated at 24/48v coils.haven't tested them yet. Also, diodes are ''russiann' style, datasheet is unknown
I bought RasPi from friend, as he agreed that i pay it in parts, not all at once. I decided to buy case, but funny, i have no idea what i with this....well, time will show :D.

Thanks! :)

Fire alarms typically use 24 VDC. The addition of the oval capacitor suggests that one of the transformers are of the constant voltage type. The cap will be attached to one of the windings. Why 3 transformers?

Hey, i have no idea why 3 transformers. But one seems to be more like choke, not transformer.
