Some of the newer business jets have electronic window shades. It's a neat concept, but they stop working all the time and the cost to get one replaced is ridiculous. I'm trying to figure out how to repair.

I have put together an overly complicated headset tester with hopes to expand it to a intercom station. But it doesn't work as I wish. No mic audio is audible in the headset. I am using a standard aviation headset David Clark H3312 with a 600ohm load.
Have I overlooked something very obvious...
So, as the title suggests, I like to use my aviation headset with my Android (or other type) phone. Not only to listening, but also talk on the phone.
But I'm having some issues I like to sort out before I go serious with this.
