I'm hoping somebody can assist me with a new project. I'm looking to set-up a network were i can send and receive radio signals (125kHz and 433mHz) using a laptop, transmit them in real-time to another laptop via GSM and then broadcast them again as radio signals.

My experience of electronics, is within vehicle diagnostics and programming. If anybody could offer any help or direction, as to where i should start, it would be greatly appreciated.
