Yeah, all the low supply voltage ones I can find only tolerate up to 28V common mode. I'm not sure if it's due to the technology or not.
THese are the only two 3V supply high side ones I've found (one from you) and they seem almost identical...

Everything is exactly the same, package, specs listed, specs, down to the part names except the prefix matches the company that is selling it. Almost like a third party designed and made these and is selling them through these two companies and they copied off the same datasheet to make their own. How does stuff like that work with semiconductor companies?
