3 Wire Load Cell

hi,

i my doing work on digital weight machine.in this i m facing problem in connecting four load cells to 20 bit adc ....
i m not getting any idea of load cell.
bec its resistance does not varies as i inserted force on it..
kindly help me out ....


i have attached the images of load cell(3 wires red,black,white) and 20 bit ADC board.

kindly tell me how to use 3 wire load cell ............... in order to make weight machine .....
do i need to make any type of bridge...??????
