317 TO220 spice model

I have a spice model for the 317 but it is for the 800 ma. version. Does anyone have a version for the 1.5 amp one?

hi Ron,
You can change the value of the Isense resistor, its R26 in the LM317.sub.

Its present value is 0.1R , change it to 0.057R [ see the image], after changing save the sub [ dont have LTspice running at the time]

Save a backup up of the LM317 sub before you change it.

You could also make a symbol/sub for say a LM317T220 for future use , using the above method.
