4045 datasheet

does anybody have the datasheet for 4045 the full is HBF4045AE 1P848 i searched on google but counldnt find anything
i jus found a couple of them in an a old box when is was clearing up and wondered if they did anything useful.

is is unusual for so many pins to be unused? (4-6,9-13) why not use an 8pin dil?
