I've made spice models of PLL 4046B that work on Multisim. They are two, one for 15V supply, the other for 10V. They only differ in the propagation delays that are shorter for higher supply voltages. Those chips have wide tolerances, so consider those models work in progress. I had to change the extensions from .cir to .sub to be able to upload them here. Multisim prefers .cir, so rename them if needed. I hope they will be of use to someone.
