48 v battery charger

I need a charger with output 56.7 v and when the batteries are charged , the voltage should drop to 56.8v,
charging current is around 2 a.
ideas , advices ?

You say drop to 56.8V from 56.7V. That's a voltage rise.

Have you Googled 48V battery chargers? It comes up with many hits as it's a very common type of charger.
 
oops mistake I meant 57.6vdc and drops to 56.-55 vdc

thanks for a google advice ... I want to build it .
