5 pin DIN plug open?

Hi all,

I bought those new 5pin DIN plugs just today (male and female) but I already destroyed one. I took the plastic case of and put it back on, but while putting it back on I pushed it too far and now it's stuck and I can't get it loose.

I am not sure where I have to post this so Im posting it in general.
Does anyone know how I can repair it?

ps: i didnt post this in Repair because im not trying to repair a device but just a plastic + metal plug

Shove a screwdriver down the plastic cable entry hole, and push the connector back out.
