60 second timer error

When I first turn on my timer it starts on 60, counts to 70, rests then it works how it's suppose to.

Because I could not upload it normally, just delete the .rar part and it should work

Can't read that file. Which program is supposed to run it?

I could not open it either.

I tried to uncompress it but it caused a lock up.

Please post it in some other form.

I also tried your suggestion & deleted the .rar but it wanted me to find a programme on the internet which I did not want to do.

If you want help you should make it easy for us. We don't have unlimited time.
