89c51

I have 89c51 and db9 connector(also have usbasp connector), I am new to these things. i want to dump code using anyone of those connectors and i dont know what software to use i tried progisp 89c51 is available but the prgisp symbol is not getting lightened up i tried but usb and db9 (when usb is used the prgisp is lighting but i cannot select 89c51 it stays in 89s51 or 89s52 alone).

I have a devlopment 8051 board on which i have used all these 89c51 max232 chips i guess all the chips are preprogrammed. Please let know if they are not preprogrammed as far as i searched it said it is preprogramed aliarifat794

Sorry, I am not clear. Have you used AT89C51 to make your own 8051 development board? Or you loaded hex files to AT89C51 microcontrollers using your development board?
 
i have development 8051 board on which the 89c51 and max232 is fixed. i also have a db9 connector and a usbasp connector i want to flash code to the 80c51 chipset aliarifat794
in the last reference i have attached the board picture also
