I have this microchip (bad) that i need to replace but not sure if they are the same. Would you please help me??

It Appears they are the same.
(Just a Different Production Batch and date)
So I would assume its OK, Unless it is a Programmable Chip that needs programming.

It's just for RS232 communication.

I'm sorry but what's the Production Batch and date in those microchips??
