I am not understanding how can active power be represented
with a phasor, when active power has DC component?

Or in other words, how do you represent DC component
with a phasor in complex plane?

I think I got it.
Edges of power triangle are NOT rotating phasors.
They are vectors or complex numbers.

Apparent power is equal to: RMS active power, vector plus ,amplitude of reactive power.
