ADC problem

please help me.i want to change the PIC as a my decoder.the problem is that there is no avalaible IC that would accept an 8 bit. please any advice.tnks. please see my schematic it works but i really have to replace the PIC

??? 8 bit what? ADC? many PICs have build in ADC.
