hello everybody:
me and my freind are designing an altitude control circuit using an MCU and a 40KHz ultrsound sensor, but we had a problem in analyising the transfer function of the airplane altittude system, where we found out that it's a multi input (thrust +elevator deflection angle) and multi output (velocity +altitude+pitch angle) system.
so if there's anyone who can help us with the TF, cause we treid to convert the inputs and outputs to mathematics but we didn't get anything useful.
so plz help us even by a simple and good advice.

Hmm, is this for a rc?
Drone with bombs?
LMFAO!
Good luck!

hi:
yes the airplane that's going to be controlled is an RC airplane, and the ultrasound that's used has a range of about 3m, which is good enough for the project.
so about the transfer function we want only the altitude to be the output, so can we cancel the others, and for the inputs is there anyway to make the system consider only one input and what it will be the thrust or the elevator deflection???
thanx in advance..

Are you joking?

Assuming you are not, control your elevator...
What's the payload?

Sry, I can't help you further.
GOOD LUCK!

Can you decouple the TF for Altitude/Elevator and Altitude/Thrust?
.... just get Alt/Elv by itself?

How are you getting TFs ... do you have a wind tunnel?

What do your TFs look like?
