All transistors (even with identical part numbers) have different current gains. Then you must adjust the bias on the input transistor for the most output without clipping on the top or bottom of the waveform. I adjusted the bias for the best output on my simulation.
With a 25V supply you get only 5W with horrible distortion because the circuit is very simple.
I do appreciate the point that it is a rubbish amp but i have built it now and is a good project to learn mistakes from, especially a beginner like me.
