i want to know the important of every ic's and trans (everything whose have the black colour)

Can't actually read any writing on any of the ICs so i can only guess. If you want to do some research yourself, go to Datasheet & Application Note Database, PDF, Circuits, Datasheets | Datasheet Archive and type the IC nmbers into the search - it will tell you what the bits are.
