ATTiny2313V-10PC Programmer

I am looking for schematics for an easy to build programer for ATTiny2313V-10PC chip. I want a 20 pin socket on the board so I can install and remove chips easy, connected to parallel or serial, and can be used with AVRDudes software.

Forgat to mention I want to be able to write .hex files that where intended for AT90S2313-10PC chips.

Does anyone know of such an animal?
