Automatic emergency light

Please am doing on this project above but i dont know the component to replace some of the circuit can someone help me out here..T1 SL100, T2 BD140, T3 TIP2955,T5 LF14 and D10 SI100, i have attech the circuit diagram of the project below

The very old SL100 transistor is available in India. But any little NPN transistor will work. I would use a 2N3904 transistor.

You need a photo-transistor, not a photo-diode. Get a photo-transistor that is available in your country.
