Band Pass Filter

Design a Band-pass filter for frequencies between 65 Hz and 31 kHz, with a gain of 10, all the Resistors is valued at 10 k ohms. Build the circuit in MultiSim...

Given K = 10, R1=R2 = 10K Ohms , f1 = 65 Hz, f2 = 31KHz, Using the 741 Op-Amp...


I need help ....

What analysis & calculations have you done besides sign up as a member of this forum and copy the homework question into a new thread?.
 
If you want help with 741 op-amps, I can only assume that you just climbed into your brand new 1977 model time machine, set the dials for 2020, and now here you are, expecting utopia and filter design specialists. Unfortunately, things aren't going all that well, here in the future, what with killer diseases and all. You may want to consider returning immediately to 1977, even if you were in the midst of a disco epidemic... And then again—weighing the options—Disco or Covid 19—it's hard to say.

But that does not mean we will do your homework for you.

What have you done so far to solve your problem besides posting here?
Are you familiar with Multisim?
Do you know what an active filter is?
 
When I started reading this I thought it was a challenge..until I got to the "I need help" bit.

I am in agreement with the other members, no one here is going to do your homework for you, especially not me since its been 20 years since I have had to do any calculations regarding filters, and I'm not sure I can remember. All I can remember is how to calculate the resonant frequency of an LC or an RC tuned circuit. That might be a good starting point, however I have only studied passive filters but I am sure the same formula applies.
 
Thanks everyone .. I truly appreciated your response(s), the response from Bobw is right, my request is an old request (1975-1992) . It’s not home work. You have truly, I mean it from the bottom of my heart, inspired me. I have calculated the frequencies, LC and RC for the active band pass filter. Yes, I know about the filter and I am familiar with MultiSim. Filters are circuits that is capable of passing certain ranges of frequency while hindering other frequencies. The band filter passes narrow range of frequencies balanced around the filter's resonant frequency.

A 741 opamp design is 52 years old and has trouble above 9kHz. It will not work at 31kHz and higher like in your filter.
Modern audio opamps work well up to 100kHz so that is what you need.
You said LC. An L is not used in an active filter.
