battery charger semiconductor

I have a austech industries scorpion battery charger model SB125S which has blown the 4 semiconductors (fets?) . They are manufactured by hitachi with a code of 78455 printed on them. I cannot find an equivalent or specifications for these devices. I suspect they are a TO-3P package with aprox. 35amp 100v cabability. Would be grateful if anybody could help.
