I did this 3 years ago...to measure 12V battery capacity. Jameco had it as a kit for a while.

It doesn't go at 1C though.....because of Peukert factor distortions, but it does a nice chart for you.
The version incorporated into my battery regenerator runs at up to 20A loading.
Now after proving out my lead acid regeneration tech...I got this in the email today:
