Belden Cable 8058

Please advise me the diameter for the wire itself and the diameter for the wire together with the insulation?
As per datasheet, it stated the overall maximum diameter (does this include the wire itself?)
Please advise the unit of the dimension? Thanks.

This usually means the overall outer diameter.
