binary watch schematic?

think geek is selling binary watches but the problem is there in the usa and there more than i would pay for a watch. Does anybody have some kind of schematic without or with useing pic s and picaxe chips.
any replie is greatly apreciated

You can eliminate a lot of the stuff (30 second/hourly timer, chimes, etc) to make it much simpler.
