boosting an already existing flasher

I would like to be able to take this flasher unit, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cf1BiShyv2o and run these LED's with it **broken link removed**

Question is, how do I wire them in and not burn out the flasher unit?

Why dual colour, are you trying to save space? You'd probably find better LEDs for this project, the Luminous Intensity figure is abit low for a really good show.

The reason why I'm going with dual colors is because I'm trying to use them for an undercover police model, and the LED's are going into reflectors.
