Breadbooard Problem

I have connected 2 breadboards together and half is getting power and the other half is not. Please look at the diagram i have attached to show you which half is getting power and which half is not. The section with the X is not getting power.

What can be possible problems.

I expect you have breadboards where the power strips have a break between the left and right half. Try adding jumpers on each of the power strips.
