Hello. Titanium gets brittle when it absorbs hydrogen. And in something that is galvanic corrosion (or along the lines of), there is a metal that releases hydrogen due to galvanic corrosion with titanium. But I can't remember what this metal was. Some kind of steel? Aluminum? I don't remember.
I was told from the news that some people drop their flag made from titanium to the bottom of the sea in North Pole to declair their territories ownership. They might hope that one day when the ice melts and they can work on the mineing business.
