The most dangerous biting thing we have here is frost bite!
After that the next closest thing in this state would be rattle snakes but they are on the south and west sides of the Missouri river and so far have never been seen locally.
A possible third would either be the cougars or the coyotes but they apparently only go after people stupid enough to go out in the middle of the night by themselves and try and call them in on purpose. No real loss there though.
