hi,
For a non inverting buffer with a gain of 1, no resistors are required.
The output is linked directly to the the inverting input, no where else.

The diagram shows a buffer with gain. The gain equals (1 + (Right R / Left R). Thus, for example, if the two resistors are equal, the gain will be 2.
