where can i get the complete c code for microcontrollers???????

If you mean a C compiler, you need the specific correct one for each processor type - some are free, some are VERY expensive.

I got a free C compiler from here, it has an optional free development environment too which apparently is very good, also compatible with MPLAB.

Though i have no experience and no idea how it compairs with others
