Can anyone lend me some ideas for my project work!

I am Stuart, a final year student of E & C branch (affiliated to VTU Belgaum) currently in 7th semester.
I want to do a project in anyone of the following fields:
1.) VLSI
2.) Mechatronics
3.) Robotics
4.) Microcontrollers
5.)Or any other good subject

But I am running out of ideas and therefore request you all to help me out.
I would appreciate you ideas and views if any.

2] PLL for rf range.
3] Mixer at rf range.
4] high freq chip designe.
5] area / power optima-tion uing pipeling , parallel & mixing of both.
