Can I programm pic12f675 with this programmer*this is just for PIC16F84A,can I programm the PIC12f675 with some modifications?????

Yes, it will program PIC12f675 if Vpp is 13.5v

yes u can programm 12f675
the pins are
1=VCC
8=GND
4=MCLR
6=RB6
7=RB7
with this you can programm the 12f675
just take this connections from the DIL18 (16f84a) and connect to the 12f675

I don't think thats a really good "programmer". If you want to get involved in microcontrollers, why not buy a good programmer that will last long.

are
4=MCLR
5=GND
12=RB6
13=RB7
14=Vcc
