Mikebits Well-Known Member Apr 13, 2009 #4 Guy at the store was wrong. 74ls74 is a D flip flop. A 7447 is a BCD to 7 segment display ic.
younes_ysf New Member Apr 13, 2009 #5 but 74ls74 has been used for a 3part seven segment. is it correct ?
blueroomelectronics Well-Known Member Apr 13, 2009 #6 As said the 74LS74 is a dual D flip flop, nothing at all like a SN7447 seven segment decoder.
