can replace DS1302 by DS1302+?

Can I replace DS1302 with a DS1302+.
DS1302+ is a lead free and RoHS compliant device while DS1302 not.
I attached the DS1302 and DS1302+ datasheet as well.

They are electrically identical. The only difference is that the RoHS device uses no lead in it's manufacture.
