Can't post a graphic?

I can't post a graphic file in any of my posts. Am I cut off or something?

Same problem, the 'paste' menu option is greyed out, disabled.?

Using Mozilla FireFox, WinXP Pro.

EDIT:
This is a 2nd test, using prepasted image, MSWord doc
