hopefully someone can identify this chip or it's replacement it from a contact cleaner. The transformer is remove from the board

I would see if Jeken could help as it looks like it might be a proprietary or at least badged chip.


Alternatively, check similar product schematics to see if similar 8-pin DIP chips are used in them.
 
I'd guess that it is an 8 pin PIC microcontroller such as a 16F18313, with their own software and markings.

The pinout makes that a possibility; power on 1, ground on 8. Having pin 4 set as an input and tied to ground as it is, would prevent anyone using an in circuit programmer or debugger, I believe?
