The output AC voltage of my wall outlet is 120 volts. If I were to plug in a charger that specifies for 110 volts, will that effect the charging process (or anything for this matter)?

A device specified for 110V is designed to operate normally over the 110V-120V range. You should have no problem.

Did an old geezer write the voltage spec label as 110V?
Was our electricity in the olden days only 110V?

My electicity is almost always 121VAC lately.
