Hi i'm making a quadrature oscillator circuit and i want to make a specific frequency. i am using this formula: f=(0.5)(pie)(R)(C)

Okay so resitance is in ohms frequency is in hertz correct? I just need some clarification whether the capacitor will in farads or microfarads or what? If someone can help me with this, it will be greatly appreciated.

thanks

The equation should be F = 1/(2*pie)(R)(C). That's 1 divided by (2 x Pie)(R)(C).

R is in Ohms
F is in Frequency
C is in Farads

0.000001 Farad = 1uF

Is that an apple or peach pie?:D
