E EngIntoHW Member Sep 3, 2010 #3 Hey, I got you, the mosfets were the problem. I used HAT2186H (NMOS) and HAT1072H, and I received a VDS(NMOS) close to zero and a IDS(NMOS) equal ~10^(-10), which makes more sense. Thanks. Last edited: Sep 3, 2010
