Hi,

There's something I dont get in the following CMOS Inverter.

VSG(M2) = 5V - 5V = 0V < -Vtp
How come ISD(M2) = 160µA ≠ 0 ?

It's the leakage current of the P-MOSFET. But it seems rather high.

And the voltage at the drain of the N-MOSFET should be much lower.

What type of MOSFETs are these?

Hey,

I got you, the mosfets were the problem.
I used HAT2186H (NMOS) and HAT1072H, and I received a VDS(NMOS) close to zero and a IDS(NMOS) equal ~10^(-10), which makes more sense.

Thanks.
