Hi, thnx for reply but are those really small signal? Im seeing on a site Id of 8A! looking for something not more than 500mA.

Yeah, those are in TO-3 cases Good part for future reference though.

Why does it have to be MOSFET? BJTs are more linear and much more abundant for matched pairs.

You should've said so.

You also haven't said what the gate threashold voltage or minimum drain-source voltage needs to be.
