Component compatibility for repair

Differences are noted in the datasheet. I cannot determine if the differences will impact your application.

They are compatible in function but both are obsolete, so the substitution (mainly) means the temperature rise may be up to 15% higher with Vce(sat) higher limits.

If you have thermal problems these will be better, rated at much higher currents.

Rated for much higher currents but, may heat up significantly vs the specified part because of the slow switching speed. It really depends on the operating frequency.
