Hi i need to get the output say for an example remote control pcb.. there will be
two conductors separated and will be get contact using the carbon by pressing the remote key to change channel..
like that board i need to get the output via 2 wire to push button/relay externally to short them using timer.. how can i made without heating the board?..

Any conductor glue or something available?..

How about using solder and a soldering iron?

Please post a picture, what you're saying doesn't make any sense.

Do you have a winter where you are? Because maybe you can take it outside quickly solder it then when it's cold. THen you get around the "can't even heat up the board a little" if it's cold enough. THere are conductive glues and adhesives. Just google for them.
