Construction of security system

I need construct two type of systems for my home

1)In this security system there should be a 2 long copper wires upto 100m long. If the two wires contact each other an loud alarm should go off even if the contact between the wires are broken the alarm should not switch off. It should also have reset button.

2)This is touch alarm i.e. it is long cooper wire (upto 100m long) when it is touched the alarm should go off

You could do it simply by a bistable 555.
