hi,everybody
i ll control a stepper motor with four-phase and six-wire by Atmega48, using PWM output and CMOS driver, the current is bigger than 1A, and the voltage is 6.6V. how to microstep it?

Hmm.. You want to build a unipolar microstep driver? I have a sample driver built by a friend. The schematic below is a simplification of the circuit he used. He used a PIC micro for it, however. You should be able to adapt it to an Atmega48.

Of course, some work must be done to level shift the op-amp outputs to match the analog inputs of the microcontroller.
