how can i convert input sinusoidal wave to output square wave using diode circuit only?

As long as the sine is large enough, you can use a pair of diodes to clip it at 0.7V p-p.

It depends how big the original sinewave is, what are you trying to do?, and why?.

But what are you wanting the squarewave for?, with nothing except diodes you don't really have many options.

hi,
As its been explained to you already , diodes will not give a true square wave.

Diodes are not 'active' devices, they will only clamp a sine wave.

So the resulting 'square wave' will always have slow rising and falling edges.

Again, whats the square wave going to be used for.???

I would suggest a comparator like the LM311 or even an :mu:A741 used as a comparator.
