Which one of the following cored solder is used in electrical work, which one is better?
Rosin OR Resin.?

Rosin-core solder is used for soldering electrical components. According to Wikipedia, rosin is a form of resin. Rosin - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Acid-based fluxes, like those often used for plumbing, should not be used on electrical systems. It will corrode the soldered metals causing damage and premature failure of the circuitry.

Yes, Rosin is a type of resin, used to clean joints and prevent oxidization that would otherwise make a good connection difficult. DO NOT USE ACID CORE when soldering electronics, as jbeng said :D
Der Strom

Extrusion from a larger billet of cored solder or whatever.
