L ljcox Well-Known Member Sep 11, 2007 #2 Use a 4017 and 2 inverters. The correct term is active low not V-. The 4017 has active high outputs so an inverter will make it active low. Don't forget to connect the inputs of the 2 unused inverters to ground.
